1. OCCUPATIONAL TEST AND SELECTION
Our technical consultants conduct prescreening of the candidates through interview and skill test before we send you their CV or other documents for your selection
2. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
In order to proceed the recruitment smoothly and legally and to conform to regulations by our Ministry of Labour, the following documents are required from your side in advance;
Power of Attorney in favor of Malindo Recruiting Agency Co.,Ltd.
Proposal Employment Agreement and wage scale
Demand letter specifying category, salary and number of workers required.
Trade License of the employer with attestation by local chamber of commerce and Thai embassy/consulate.
3. PROCESSING LEADTIME
After we received the documents from the employer, we will prepare interview for the employer in 30 days, in general.
